Hey these are terms and information that could help you out with any order you have or may place. 

 

Preorders - When you buy a preorder product from the site it will usually take 2 - 6 weeks to arrive and another week to ship & deliver to you. We ask you to please be patient and make sure you’re willing to wait for your selected product. We can keep you notified through email and our social media pages. 

Premade - When you buy a premade product from the site it will usually take 1 - 2 weeks at the longest to get to you. Premade products are always on hand! 

Refunds - Right now refunds will not be available :(
